Yes! Pure Cleaning Co. cleaners bring their own cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment to ensure that every job is done to the highest standard without any extra effort on your part.
However, if you prefer our cleaners to use your provided supplies, materials, and equipment, just say so and we'll be happy to accommodate you!
Can I trust the cleaners you will send?
We understand that trust and security is one of your utmost concerns when it comes to hiring home cleaners. Pure Cleaning Co. staff are rigorously screened and trained to ensure that you get only the best, friendliest, and most trustworthy home cleaning professionals.
Do you take specific requests and instructions?
Yes, of course! If you have any particular areas of the house you'd like our cleaners to pay special attention to, if you want to specify how you like things done, or you have any other concerns, just mention it in the booking form and we'll do our best to accomodate your requests.

While cleaning times vary based on the size and condition of the areas to be cleaned, rest assured that our professional cleaners will not leave until the job is done according and you are satisfied.
What if I'm not satisfied?
While we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality cleaning services, we take your feedback seriously. In the unlikely event that you're not completely satisfied with the results, please email us photo proof and a description of the issues within 48-hours at info@purecleaningcompany.ca and we'll do right by you.
